Return Policy: If you need to return an item for any reason it must be returned in New and Un-used condition. It must be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt. No restocking fee will be charged if returned within 10 days (not including saddles see below). A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all item returned after 10 days (NO EXCEPTIONS). We do not refund shipping cost. Saddle Returns: If you need to return a saddle it must be returned in New and Un-used condition. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned saddles (no exceptions). It must be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt. If an item is returned later than that a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. No refunds if returned after 20 days. We do not refund shipping on saddles. Custom Made or Special Order Items: There are NO refunds on Custom made or special order items. Return Authorization: If you need to return an item please email us first for a "Return Authorization Number" (RA). Please include the Order Confirmation Number that you received when you originally purchased your item. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number and the nature of your returned item and a full description of the item you wish to exchange for. Please do not return any item Freight Collect as they will be rejected. Please insure the returned item and signature required. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail.
