No Returns are accepted on custom orders!! Although we don't take returns on customer orders if there is a problem with your custom order please call us and we will fix it immediately.

Saddle Returns:
If you need to return a saddle it must be returned in New and Un-used condition. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned saddles (no exceptions). It must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. If an item is returned later than that a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. No refunds if returned after 20 days. We do not refund shipping on saddles.
